Why QuickLedger
Predictable, not reactive
Most accounting problems are timing problems. We fix them by making the work happen on a schedule instead of at a deadline.
A fixed monthly rhythm
Books closed by the 10th, MIS by the 15th, filings before the statutory date. You always know what is coming and when.
One point of contact
A named accountant who knows your business — not a ticket queue you re-explain yourself to every month.
Plain-language reporting
Every report comes with a short note on what changed and what it means. No jargon, no decoding required.
Transparent fixed fees
Agreed in advance and quoted per month. No surprise invoices for a phone call or an extra reconciliation.
How it works
From first call to steady state in about two weeks
No long procurement cycle, no surprise scope. Four steps, and then a rhythm you can plan around.
- 01
Discovery call
A free 30-minute conversation about your entity, turnover, current systems and where things are slipping.
- 02
Health check & proposal
We review your existing books and registrations, flag open risks, and send a fixed-fee scope with clear deliverables.
- 03
Onboarding & clean-up
We migrate or clean up historical data, set up the chart of accounts, and build your compliance calendar.
- 04
Monthly cadence
Recording, reconciliation, filings and an MIS pack — delivered on the same dates every month, with a review call.
Who we serve
Built for Indian businesses at every stage
Whether you are registering your first entity or running a team of two hundred, the compliance load is the same shape — only the scale changes.
In their words
What clients notice first
Our books were nine months behind when we started. QuickLedger cleaned up the entire backlog in six weeks and we have closed on time every month since.
The monthly MIS is what changed things for us. For the first time we could see which product lines were actually profitable and priced accordingly.
GST notices used to sit on my desk for weeks. Now they are handled before I even have time to worry about them.
Do you work with businesses outside your city?
Yes. We serve clients across India and work entirely remotely — documents are shared through a secure cloud folder, and reviews happen over video call. Your location makes no difference to the service.
We are years behind on our books. Can you still help?
That is one of the most common reasons clients come to us. We start with a clean-up engagement that reconstructs and reconciles the historical period, then move you onto a regular monthly cadence.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in Tally Prime, Zoho Books and QuickBooks. If you already use one of these, we work inside your existing setup. If you are starting fresh, we recommend based on your volume and team.
How are your fees structured?
A fixed monthly retainer based on transaction volume, entity type and scope, agreed before we begin. One-time work like incorporation or backlog clean-up is quoted separately as a fixed fee.
Is my financial data kept confidential?
Yes. Access is restricted to the accountant assigned to your engagement, data is stored in access-controlled cloud storage, and a confidentiality agreement is signed as part of onboarding.
Let’s get your books in order.
